i noticed my radiator tanks leaks and pours down?

i asked a buddy at work at how much to replace the tank and he told me that i should replace the tank, the radiator, hoses and fan all at once to be safe. as far as i can tell(or see) i see leaking coming from the bottom of my radiator tank. a gallon

your buddy is inexperienced and couldnt hit his ass with both hands with the help of gps!now that out of the way, you can sub a bleach bottle for a balance resevoir, just make sure it has 2 hoses in it,drilled right through the top(not the cap)both hoses
