forced induction and spark plug question?

I have a 2.0L DOHC 4 cylinder engine, it has a cold air intake (with high-flow cone filter) as well as a header, high-flow catalytic converter, and no muffler. It is currently making 165hp and 160tq off these modifications alone.
I am wanting

.030"-.035" would be fine, but I would just go one range colder.

Drive it for a while and then read the plugs to see if it need to go colder.
