Radiator flush I need instructions?

I want to do a radiator flush . I need some details on how to flush my radiator so that I won't end up having air gabs . do I flush it when the car is hot or cold?
do I fill it up while the car is running or while it's off?
I need some details

To properly flush your radiator you should first let your engine cool. If you gather up all your tools first it will go much smoother.
