Nissan Primera Engine Replacement?

I found the same Nissan (Engine 03 Plate)with the same engine code YD22 to fix it in my Nissan Primera 54 Plate, but I the wiring system -Sensories Connectors- and the Diesel Pump are different, What Shall I do?

There are 2 types of YD22 fitted to P12 Primera's and yes your correct, they are different, pumps are the main difference and injector plugs are different too. You need to find an engine with the same pump fitted as your own.
