Which is the BEST all season tires for my Honda Civic ?

I want to replace my Honda Civic tires. I want to know which company is good and which place is perfect to buy one? I heard about Costco and Sears but want some more suggestion.

Federal makes some good all season tires. Les Schwab carries that brand. There is also the brand Zexius which is performance tire.
