Does anyone make a portable air cleaner with permanent "WASHABLE" filters?

My wife and I are smokers, and we can't seem to find an air cleaner with washable permanent filters. The pre filters are washable, but the main filter is very expensive to replace.

I have a honeywell air purifier and all the filters are washable. It is the tower type that is portable. I bought it at Home Depot for around $150 I think( I could be wrong, it was 2 yrs ago).
