How much does a 2010/2011 Ford Focus RS cost overseas?

I want to find out where can the Ford Focus RS be bought for the cheapest price because in SA we pay R479000 which is 43341.10 pounds and $68673.87.

There won't be an RS version available in the states until 2013

and if it cost anything like 68K, they won't sell a single car
(cause we have the option of real sports cars here,lol)
